Berry Happy Shake
Okay, it's a smoothie—but don't tell anyone. It’s perfect for mornings and hot afternoons, as an evening treat, or frozen in ice trays for a quick snack. This recipe can be modified to suit high-protein diets easily. There are copious amounts of smoothie combinations, so get creative, but this is a tasty base for many variations.


Possible substitutions: For a high-protein pick-me-up, substitute 2 Tbsp peanut butter for the berries. Feeling healthy? Try this recipe swapping 1 cup of fresh kale in for the agave nectar.


  • 2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1½ cup sugar free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp agave nectar
