Food to spark your imagination and taste buds
For some of us, back-to-school means early mornings and lunchbox scrambling, too many turkey cheese sammies, and a whole lot of repetitive lunches made for the sake of simplicity. But our children need a diverse variety of experiences—as do we adults—to keep things fun; and that goes for lunches, too. Let’s mix it up for our kiddos and for ourselves this month by putting new ideas on the grocery list.
Pro tip: Try going to your local farmer’s market or joining a C.S.A. for fresh produce. The experience can create a healthy curiosity about new foods.
