(With a life coach)

What is a life coach?
A life coach is someone who is certified and specifically trained to help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will assist them in achieving the life they desire.
How does a life coach do that?
By asking reflective questions, I encourage clients to examine what is working in their lives and what is not. By being supportive and validating their progress, I walk with clients through opportunities to be courageous and move through the uncertainty of change. By being an accountability partner, I help clients set weekly goals to take steps toward their ultimate goal.
You’re a transition life coach—what’s the distinction?
The majority of the men and women I work with as a transition life coach are in the process of moving from one chapter of their life to another, such as changing careers, re-entering the work force after raising children, or recreating life after divorce.
Who are your clients?
Generally, when clients first come to me, they are either scared, anxious, or frustrated, and sometimes all three! Most life coaching clients are happy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or who simply want to make a big change in their lives.
What’s the best part of your job?
The best part of my work is seeing clients make step-by-step progress towards their goals and begin owning their new chapter. Once this happens, there is more courage and confidence in their daily life.
