Pancakes: They’re not just for breakfast anymore! They’re for laid-back weekend brunches, no-fuss dinners, and even parties. Kick your usual pancakes up a notch and sink your fork into these sweet and savory recipes.

Pancake making tips:

  • Make sure the pan is hot before pouring batter. Sprinkle water on the griddle or frying pan. If it sizzles, it’s ready!
  • Flip pancakes only after cooking the batter a few minutes, when bubbles start to form and the edge of the pancake starts to look dry.
  • Smaller pancakes are much easier to flip if you’re not a seasoned pancake flipper.
  • Adding butter or oil to the pan before each pancake makes a nice brown circular design on each pancake. No butter or oil on a non-stick skillet will result in pancakes that look plain. They all taste the same!
